Wayne Fothergill, Office Manager handled virtually all the arrangements up front after our initial discussions with Chef Anthony. He sought to carefully understand our needs vs. desires and worked with us to arrive at a menu that was not only visually appealing but absolutely delicious. We never felt pressured in any way and most importantly, there were no surprises. Anthony’s staff was professional in their execution throughout the evening.
